| Description: | Candidate must train, develop and motivate staff of ten to ensure incoming and outgoing stock movements and related administration are actioned on time and to standard. Must communicate with company management regarding inventory discrepancies or damaged stock and action appropriately. Must ensure management are kept up to date with all issues regarding stockroom and incoming/outgoing stock movements. Must ensure all garments and raw supplies are tagged where appropriate and stored in the correct place. Must maintain the standard of housekeeping and product presentation within a given time frame in line with company requirements. Must communicate effectively and ensure the adherence of all staff to company policies and procedures. Must be aware of and actively support company procedures to ensure the Health and Safety of colleagues and the security of stock. Must carry out additional duties when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability for their role. |
| Requirements: | 4+ years of direct supervision of a team of 6 or more employees, preferably in stockroom or inventory operations. Knowledge of inventory record keeping methods. Mastery of business English. Good computer operation skills. Ability to physically move equipment or furniture as necessary. Unquestioned leadership, communication, and motivational skills. |
